The Visa Integrity Fee
A US$250 Visa Integrity Fee was signed into law in July 2025. It is charged when a visa is issued, not when you apply, and is not payable if refused. Collection had not started by mid-2026 - check the State Department fee page before paying. The amount is linked to inflation.
